A big batch: an address with the wrong title leads to the right one, the list of pages not found, the text editor in the page's language, the Events module usable without games — for a nonprofit or a club —, images of tickets coming from Discord, and a long list of fixes found while rereading the whole changelog, including a match page that no longer showed its match. The Discord bot moves to version 0.2.7 (see its own changelog).

Added

  • Images in a Bugtracker ticket: a screenshot attached on Discord to a ticket or an idea, when it is opened or in a reply, now shows in the ticket on the site — with bot 0.2.7, which hands it over to the site as it already does for the forum. Ticket text stays plain text: only images kept by the site are displayed in it; the address of an image hosted elsewhere stays as text.
  • The list of pages not found, in Monitoring → Diagnostics: every address the site could not find — without the language or the parameters —, how many visitors and bots requested it, when it was last requested and the last page visitors came from. A "Redirect" button opens the redirection form with the address already filled in; probes from bots looking for a flaw are listed separately. No IP address, no browser; an address no longer requested for 90 days is forgotten.
  • Abandoned editor images, in Monitoring → Diagnostics: an image uploaded into a text and then removed, or the image of a draft never saved, stayed on the disk. The page finds them — no text of the site displays them any more, no content, message, setting, revision or trash item, and they are more than 30 days old —, shows them, and deletes the ones you tick.
  • The text editor speaks the page's language: its menus, buttons and dialogs were in English everywhere; they are now in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese according to the page's language.
  • An animated GIF stays animated in the editor: it used to become a still image. It is rewritten keeping only its frames, their timing and its loop. A GIF larger than 2,000 px on a side or with more than 1,000 frames still becomes a still image, as before.
  • Events without games: the Events module no longer requires the Games and Teams modules. An association or a club installs it on its own — invitations, responses, recurrence, reminders; matches, their opponents and their scores come with the Games and Teams modules. It joins the "Community" and "Nonprofit / club" installation profiles.

Fixed

  • An address with the wrong title redirects to the right one (permanent redirect, 301): the content's title has changed, or the link comes from another language or has a typo. Blog posts, categories, authors and series, Awards, Bugtracker tickets, Calendar events, classified ads, surveys and recipes answered to any title — duplicates for search engines; news, events, recruitment offers, teams, Gallery albums and images, forums and topics, profiles, groups and partners answered "not found" at the old address of a changed title. A blog category page shows its title, no longer the text of the address; the page of an event type or team that does not exist now answers "not found".
  • An image uploaded in the editor no longer overflows the page on pages that did not constrain it (a profile's "About" tab, events, partners, albums, recruitment offers, teams) nor on a phone: it takes at most the width of the column.
  • A size below 1,000 bytes reads "685 B", no longer "685.00 B".
  • Forge, in day mode: the muted text (dates, authors, places, "Registered on…") is slightly darker — it stayed just below the readability threshold.
  • Forge and Extend: the thin lines that pick the slideshow image are easy to tap on a phone (they were only 3 px high); nothing changes visually.
  • Chronique: the number of unread notifications, on the account icon, is much easier to read, by day and by night.
  • Discord: when a forum topic or post, a ticket or a ticket comment is deleted, the record linking it to its Discord thread is now removed automatically a week later; it used to stay in the database forever.
  • Nothing stuck to the edge any more: the list of banned IPs and its add form (the help sentence and the button touched the edges of their card), the search field of the event list, a table's pagination in Granite, the pagination and the "Follow" button in Nebula, a long username in the member list. On a phone, the slideshow and permission tables scroll inside their card instead of overflowing it.
  • No more buttons touching each other: "Invite", "Exit"… in a conversation, on a phone; "Back" and "Post topic" on the forum; the two buttons of the forum search in the administration.
  • Forge: on a phone, the member area menu is back — it slipped under the page's card; on a computer, it stays in view while scrolling. The green "View my application" button is readable again.
  • A match page shows its match again — the team, the opponent, the score, the game and the rounds, which it no longer displayed. The team, the score and the opponent fit on one line, as does each round, on a phone as on a computer.
  • Recruitment: the "My application" page shows the right position and team again — it displayed the icon's name instead of the position. Forum: editing a forum, in the administration, shows its description and category again — it showed the title instead, and saving could move the forum elsewhere.
  • Moderation: a sanction is deleted automatically three years after it ends (expired or lifted; a warning, three years after it was given); a sanction with no end (a permanent ban, for example) stays as long as it runs. They were kept without limit.
  • The report button (the "Report this content" flag) is easy to tap on a phone; in the administration's Email templates list, the variables in an email subject ({{date}}) stand out from the text.
  • Newsletter: the "Group" target and the list of campaigns name each group in the administration's language; they took it in a random language ("Criador de addons", "Mitwirkender").
  • Correct labels: on a member's profile, the "Contacter" button showed "Contact" in French; the Extend theme writes "Featured" and "Discover" in the page's language (they stayed in French); the Blog and addons page "Grid" button is no longer translated as "Schedule" in English, German, Spanish and Italian; the French ticket type "Demande de feature" becomes "Demande de fonctionnalité". In English, the login button says "Log in", the menu "Log out", and "View my profile" is used everywhere. In Monitoring, the "Storage" card wrote "Sauvegarde", "Libre" and "Total" in French in every language.
  • Pulse, at night: the number of unread notifications, on the account icon, is readable — a dark figure on the light brick; in white, it only had 3.9:1.
  • The Donations widget shows the initial of a donor whose name starts with an accented letter; it displayed "&".
  • Resetting your password refuses, like registration and changing it, a password identical to the username: the reset did not compare it.
  • The Discord bot moves to version 0.2.7 (0.2.6, then 0.2.7): it hands the images attached to tickets over to the site (see above), and its log no longer records ordinary reconnections to Discord, only an outage lasting more than a minute (see its own changelog).
