The bars at the top of the page no longer cover anything, the bell comes to Nebula, and the Themes & Addons page can reinstall a theme again.
Fixed
- Whatever sticks to the top of the screen now sits below the bars at the top of the page — the demo bar, the maintenance bar and the permissions preview bar. As soon as you scrolled, half of the Extend, Chronique, Pulse and Nebula headers slid under the demo bar; the bottom of the Forge rail and of the administration sidebar went off screen; on phones, the Forge crest and account were hidden. The main template now stacks the bars and publishes their height; the themes, the administration and the live editor line up below them, and on-screen notifications appear under them.
- Sticky module columns line up below the theme header, whatever it is: the member area menu (16 px from the top, it slid under a 60 to 70 px sticky header), the wiki contents, an article's contents and side box. A column taller than the room left to it no longer sticks: its bottom stayed off screen until the end of the page — the Extend member area menu, on a laptop screen.
- A link to an anchor stops below the sticky header — a forum post, a wiki or article section — instead of placing its title underneath: each theme set this offset by hand, without counting the bars.
- "Reinstall to defaults" and "Delete" a theme go through from the "Themes & Addons" page, and the order of languages and authenticators is saved: the confirmation was refused, "invalid security token".
- The demo bar is readable: its text, white on green (2.4:1 contrast), turns dark.
- On phones, the buttons of an administration header move below the title: on the articles page, "Categories", "Series" and "New article" covered "4 published", and the last one went off screen.
- A site opened under another name than the one in its configuration (with or without
www., for example) shows the images written with the configured address: the browser's security policy blocked them, as they came from another site in its eyes; they now go through the site's image relay. - For contributors: the
check-mise-en-pagetool no longer reports false overlaps inside a collapsed block (<details>), which Chrome keeps in the page without showing it — 48 false alerts on the Monitoring Error log page —, nor in the error messages that page shows on purpose.
Added
- The notification bell in Nebula, as in the other themes: the member area announces it "at the top of every page", and Nebula had none.
- For theme authors: a theme's sticky header carries
data-nf-entete, and whatever sticks to the top of the screen lines up on--nf-haut(and a column on--nf-entete); a new check,check-colles, verifies it — run on 1.2.45, it found twenty faulty CSS rules (Create a theme).
Removed
- Unused style rules in the Nebula stylesheet (a bar, buttons and a footer inherited from another theme): no Nebula template used them.
