Changed

  • The Monitoring page, in tabs: an always-visible summary (version and update, PHP, backups, diagnostic tools), then Overview, Backups, Diagnostics, Server and security and Files. It stacked about ten cards in a narrow column, over nearly 2,700 pixels; each tab now fits on one screen. Site health is stated soberly ("All good", "Points to check", "Errors to fix").
  • Administration action buttons, the same everywhere: edit, access and sort in neutral gray; delete in red outline, with a trash can. They changed from one page to the next — sky blue, teal, solid buttons, crosses or trash cans. The administration's design rules are described in the guide "Create a module", and a check enforces them.
  • Status badges, soft everywhere: a pale background and a stronger text of the same color, like "Published". "Active" was written white on solid green, "Built-in" in black. No more solid colored buttons in list rows (preview, duplicate, restore…).
  • The create button, in the same place everywhere: at the top of the card of the list it feeds. Eight pages put it in the top bar, at the bottom of the list or above the card (ads, shop, donations, payments, slideshow, teams, games, Monitoring backups).
  • Themes & addons, compact: a search, the number of extensions of each type, type and status filters that combine ("inactive modules"), and a denser list view, shown by default, next to the grid. The page opens on modules; it lined up the 120 or so extensions as large cards, over more than 10,000 pixels.
  • Email templates, in a single table: templates grouped by family (accounts, forum, messaging, moderation, newsletter), with their subject, languages and status on one row. The page stacked one card per template, over 2,000 pixels; it is now half that.
  • Discord, in tabs: Overview, Features, Server setup, Channels and forums, Groups and roles, Timed roles — you move from one to another without going back to the main page. The bot log scrolls within its card instead of lengthening the page.
  • Statistics, easier to read: the dates and the interval fit on one line. The chart no longer repeats in its legend the checkboxes, which already carry each series' color. Its curves no longer dip below zero and its axis stops at the bounds of the chosen period. Its dates follow the page language rather than the browser's (on a French page, "2 oct. 2025", not "Oct 2, 2025"). Beyond three series, lines only rather than overlapping areas.
  • Permissions → Matrix view: modules grouped by section, as in the sidebar, in columns. They were lined up as some forty large tiles, in no order.
  • The audit log, in pages of 50: it lined up 200 rows in one block, over more than 5,000 pixels.
  • Users: a search by username or email, above the member list.
  • The file manager says what its buttons do: "Add files", "Create a folder", "Move", "Delete", instead of four colored icon-only pills. Its dialogs have a neutral "Cancel" and a named confirm button.
  • "Save" on the button that confirms a change, everywhere. Twenty forms said "Edit" (forum, news, pages, events, teams, games, galleries…).

Fixed

  • Some administration lists stopped at their first page, with no link to the rest: the members and comments beyond the first 20, the awards and recruitments beyond the first 10, as well as the forum's "My subscriptions" on the member side. The card's counter only gave the page shown ("20 members" for 25).
  • Dates entered in English and German. In English, the picker wrote October 2 as "10/02/2026 g:05 A", prefilled an event dated 30/09/2026 as "06/09/2028", and October 2 was saved as February 10. In German, a date displayed as "02.10.2026" was not read back on saving. English short dates are now written day/month/year with a 24-hour clock, as in the other languages ("02/10/2026 14:05"); a test checks, in all six languages, that a displayed date reads back.
  • No more false "corrupted file" alerts before an update. Monitoring compared the site's files with the checksum list of the latest published version, even when the site was not yet at that level: everything the new version changes appeared corrupted (102 alerts on a site just before its move to 1.2.13). The check now waits until the site is up to date, and says so.
  • Statistics: in German, the chart never loaded; the "7 days", "30 days", "90 days" and "1 year" buttons did nothing, in any language.
  • The modification date of a wiki page showed the time of the last visit: the view counter rewrote the modification date. Same defect on classified ads.
  • In the file manager's delete dialog, "Cancel" and "Delete" were two identical red trash cans. The module's French texts had lost their accents ("Dossier cree avec succes", "Element deplace") and counted in "élément(s)".
  • The dashboard and the audit log show what happened ("Debug mode turned on", "Settings saved") and no longer technical identifiers (monitoring.debogage.allume).
  • The administration Comments page displayed code instead of the date of each comment.
  • An accented title ("journée") no longer shows as code in the header of administration cards.
  • In dark mode, the administration's colored texts (alerts, badges, green success messages) stayed dark on a dark background, almost unreadable.
  • Dates in moderation (sanctions, reports, a member's history), in the trash, backups, notifications and the Discord bot log are displayed in the visitor's language and time zone ("21/09/2026 22:54"), and no longer as stored in the database ("2026-09-21 20:54:11").
  • In French, the statistics label "Connexions de membres" (member logins) was misspelled "Connections de membres".
  • Dates follow the visitor's language: the wiki, the Bugtracker, classified ads, the guestbook, the newsletter, archived conversations, the file manager and the events widget hard-coded them — as stored in the database ("2026-09-20 22:54") or French style even in German ("02.10.2026" expected).
